I have a done a lot of work with children and youth with severe behavior problems in schools, homes, and communities. I have a lot experience working with foster parents and children and youth in the foster care system. I have also written a lot of Behavior Support Plans for students. I have consulted with parents and teachers in schools in several states. In addition, I have done a lot of work with adults with severe behavior problems and intellectual disabilities in community and sheltered work environments and a variety of living arrangements.

I was also a professor of special education at Truman State University, Kirksville, MO and also taught some extension classes. I have also done a lot of teacher training on specific intervention strategies that are evidence-based.
