o LSE's expatriate builder's Tuvalu counterpart in the construction of six (6) outer island Tuvalu Telecommunication Corporation satellite buildings and civil engineering works. Assisted builder in supervising construction; liaise with local dignitaries to ensure work is not unnecessarily interrupted; responsible for the general welfare of the travelling construction team. The islands included Nui, Nanumaga, Nukufetau, Nukulaelae, Niutao and Niulakita.
