• Collect exit papers of the resigned employees, get them signed by authorized signatory & arrange for full & final settlements it's including EL, Bonus & Gratuity etc.

RECORD MAINTENANCE:
• Updating of various registers under various labour laws like leave with wages, adult register, over time register, Statutory reports and employee personal records, etc,
• Employee's personal file's maintenance.
• Time office management
HR MIS REPORT:
• HR MIS: Preparation Man power Chart, Daily attendance Sheet etc, .

• Developed the compensation management systems for Manager to team member grades handling all compensation related issues. Preparation of salary Employee's, payment of PF, ESI, Maintenance & statutory returns, registers and Leave records.
