Work on brand stability and strengthening through confluent corporate, advocacy and culture videos. Conceptualize strategies and develop and write resulting creative tactics including proposals, treatments and scripts. Coordinate, directs and trains production personnel including camera operators, audio, graphics, and photography personnel. Make technical decisions regarding elements such as appropriate lighting, shooting angles, and placement and type of microphone. Edit and assemble final visual/audio material. Manage project from all phases from concept to final product and monitor technical quality and accuracy of end products. Track results and adjust strategies, tactics, and budget allocations accordingly.
