Child psychology is one of the many branches of psychology and one of the most frequently studied specialty areas. This particular branch focuses on the mind and behavior of children from prenatal development through adolescence. Child psychology deals not only with how children grow physically, but with their mental, emotional and social development as well.
Little Workmates Preparatory

A School Teacher of Little Workmates Preparatory School instructs children, normally up to 12 years of age, in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for preschool and primary school. This position also plans and develops classroom materials and activities for both levels of school children and meets with parents and guardians to discuss their children’s progress and needs for learning development. This position requires considerable contact with children, parents and other staff members to attain common goals. This position exercises active listening, instructing, reading comprehension, learning strategies, writing, social perceptiveness, time management, monitoring and critical thinking skills. The teacher creates a flexible elementary grade program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth. The teacher has to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for upper elementary grade education in accordance with each student’s ability. The teacher also has to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members. One must provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. As a teacher we enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.
