supporting and mentoring students in the classroom and daily administration duties required by law for the Learning Support department. I implemented many new systems including timetabling of the support assistants and staffing for the exam period with an excel spreadsheet for the whole school. I was a respected member of staff and achieved many of my qualifications during my recent position. This position held was the result of promotion within the school.
