 Interviewed and hired reading teachers. Interviewed candidates at all levels of the hiring process and made hiring decisions within a teaching region.
 Led online and in-person training for 20-40 new teachers every year. Ensured that all staff members were ready to teach all program levels, K-adult.
 Directly supervised 30-45 teachers per year, including classroom observations and in-service meetings to help teachers develop teaching and communication skills. Oversaw instruction of approximately 12,000 students annually.
 Provided customer service to students and parents. Worked closely with customer-concerns and operations staff to ensure that the off-site programs met the standards of the Institute and University Partners. Communicated directly with customers. Created detailed statistical reports of teacher and program performance for the Director of Instruction.
 Oversaw operations within a teaching region. Reviewed payroll/expense reimbursement for all teachers. Created schedules for up to 50 teachers across 5 states. Managed inventory within a teaching region, ensuring that the right materials arrived in the right place at the right time.
 Responsible for opening new regional office in Atlanta, GA. During my tenure, the Atlanta Teaching Center expanded programs throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and Arkansas.

 Taught reading enrichment programs for students ranging from 4 years old to adult in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Cincinnati, and in and around other major metropolitan cities.

Wool Wiggle Dress

Custom wool wiggle dress created for a private client. This garment features underlining, gussets, drapery weights in the back vent, and lining. The dress was created using a commercial pattern and sewn by hand and machine using couture sewing techniques.

Black Lace Custom Wedding DRess

Custom couture wedding dress for a private client. This garment features an internal bustier with underlining and spiral steel boning, black Chantilly lace overlay, silk charmeuse with cotton batiste underlining, waist stay, and bustle. The dress was adapted from a commercial pattern and was sewn by machine and by hand using couture sewing techniques.
