and cafes. Have done wedding catering and have had my own restaurant in the Daintree Rainforest. I have good management skills having run my own business with up to 10 staff. Can look after your café/ restaurant while you are away !!!Have done a lot of freelancing so can go to a destination and just get on with it.

Head Chef in small café/ restaurant within a 64 room resort. Catering for resort guests, locals and functions. Live music with bands on a Sunday. Cooking for up too 100 people on these days. Myself and one other staff member working the bar and till. I also worked the bar and till when needed. Pricing private functions and menu planning. All ordering and stocking of produce for the business. Nightly blackboard specials. Operating pizza oven/ menu as well as comprehensive al la carte menu.
