Having been a Regional Manager most recently with Strandbags Group P/L I facilitated many training sessions based on Customer service. These sessions were conducted in-house with groups of 6 to 30 staff attending. I was also involved in the tailoring of the Customer Service workshops and Programs and also constructed many Training Sessions / Programs to suit my particular group of stores whether it be Staff Meetings or Store Manager meetings. Customer Service Training was paramount to Strandbags success and was constantly focussed on daily.
I feel very confident in delivering such Training Sessions and have received much feedback from staff attending regarding the delivery and content of these sessions.

- Management of 24 stores across Sth Aust / NT and Tas and up to 100 staff with the emphasis on increasing sales whilst minimising all expenses, improving Profit Margins
- Daily Communication and Store Visit Reviews conducted
- Analysis of these Reviews identifying Store Performance issues
- Weekly Competitor Feedback Reports to H/O
