o Negotiate and sign National Trading terms with Pick 'n Pay, Boxer and Woolworths
o Liaison for Coca Cola South Africa and 4 Bottlers
o Negotiate all National deals with Pick 'n Pay, Boxer & Woolworths
o Negotiate and manage listing of all new products and variants with Pick 'n Pay, Boxer and Woolworths
o Development and maintenance of strategic business plans and budgets, providing customer service packages and managing key performance areas
o Compilation of quarterly sales plans for Pick 'n Pay, Boxer and Woolworths nationally
o Management and control of an annual budget (R30 million)
o Control and manage the opening of new outlets within the 3 National Accounts

o Overall management of all Depot functions including Sales, Warehouse, Stock, Fleet, Administration, Distribution and Owner Driver management.

o Conducting all human resource evaluations (IMP), performance reviews, career discussions, development plans and disciplinary hearings, staff selection and recruitment for all direct reports
o Development and maintenance of strategic business plans for the Depot including Sales, Distribution, Warehouse & Finance
o Conduct weekly trade visits and route rides to evaluate in-trade execution standards
o Oversee all Administration functions for the Depot (Debtors; Creditors; Labour Brokers; Settlement...
