4. Crafting project proposals on events to be held by Zimbabwe Tourism as dictated by the operating environment and necessity in the tourism industry.
5. Packaging Information, Education and Communication(I.E.C) material relevant to the events hosted by the events department
6. Supervision of all the secretariat members in the events management Department and liaising with the Human Resources Department on issues to do with the employees welfare.

8. Processing payments for service providers in all the events.
