Human Resources Manager
I have been an HR Manager for the past 6 years at Nedbank. I manage a client base of 350 clients which is the 35 Nedbank Branch staff in the Mpumalanga Region. I fulfil the full recruitment process of interviews, assessments, record clearances and issuing Letters of Offer. I assist Branch Managers and Area Managers in preparations for Industrial Relation cases. I consult with 2 Area Managers on HR Strategy and attend monthly meetings with Management Teams. Also manage Performance Management process, i.e. Recognition, top performers and under performers. Assist in various Ad-Hoc projects when required.
