As an operations manager at the shop front for market leaders across many categories, including foods and perishables, I have extensive experience in waste management, FIFO merchandising, shelf health, On Shelf Availability execution, point of sale utilization, adhoc - & cross merchandising, displays and brand building.
Strong leadership and attention to detail is second nature to me which makes forward planning, numerical accuracy, budgeting and development of employees come easily. My innate teaching ability has made best practise share a foundation for the team success I’ve had so far both in sales and in-store execution.
