• Quality Assurance Mainframe Batch tester, providing technical support for end to end Billing of Application cycles. This includes but not limited, flexible and an effective multitasked, communicator and team player with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Setting up new test environments, creating GDG Bases, Creating Empty Files, setting up DB2 Tables, Activating and De-activating CFI steps, updating control cards, updating run library members.
• Execute complete billing cycle flows for multiple environments of a particular bill cycle.
• Execute complete month end flows for multiple environments of a particular bill cycle
• Work extensively with CA-7 and CA-11 scheduling jobs, defining jobs through CA7.
• Work extensively with SDSF monitoring billing jobs, regular requests.
• Compare and identify CA-7 discrepancies between Scheduled jobs and triggering of jobs.
• Execute batch jobs via CA-7 requested from developers and test team.
• Execute database refresh for Load, Unload and database rollbacks via DB2 Utilities.
• Execute database roll backs using DB2 utilities.
• Update DB2 Tables using File-Aid DB2 DBA Mgmt Utilities
• Compile and Pack bind programs using DB2 Utilities.
• Update DB2 Tables using DB2 utilities
• Open and closed Defects using HP Quality Center software.
