Linda Haddaway is a competent Business Trainer in the field of customer Service, Marketing and General Management.She has over twenty years' experience in various jobs in the retail sector where she developed a keen passion for customer service, training and coaching.

Linda had always been passionate about education and so this very intellectual side of her led to her pursuing and attaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University London in 2011. This is her most recent accomplishments but it joins several certificates and diplomas some of which include Building Supervisory Effectiveness, Telesales Training, Microsoft Office Specialist, Professional Telephone Etiquette, Beyond Service Excellence, Customer Service Excellence, Long Term Business Planning and The Telephone Challenge.

Ms. Haddaway has conducted several interventions for courts- now called Unicomer in the area of Customer Service. She was given an award for her invaluable contribution to the 105th Anniversary project of Courts- in 2001. She has excellent people skills and can address complex situations.

Linda grew up in East Trinidad- Sangre Grande. She currently lives in Valencia with her two children.

At PriceSmart I was the Membership Marketing Manager with a great deal of responsibility and challenging role, as the Membership Manager my main focus was to increase the membership at the branch where i worked and had to do a lot of out door promotions in order to draw the people to sign up for a PriceSmart membership card, plus many other in office duties.
