- Management and overseeing of slip casting production line.
- Decoration and styling of product ranges.

- Production design.
- Prototype development
- Mould making (slip casting/press moulding/ sprigs)
- Master mould making.
- Slip casting, slab work, wheel work, hand work.
- Packing and firing of kilns (Glaze and bisque).
- Mixing of glazes and under glaze.
- Knowledge of under glazes, enamels, lustres, coloured glazes and slips.
- Surface design and decoration.
- Staff training and supervision.
- All aspects of studio management.
