Pilates is a fitness technique which is very good for people who have postural problems - back, shoulder etc. It helps to realign the back in a gentle but aware manner. It also lenthens the muscles and increases flexibility and stamina. Doctors can advise people to seek out a Pilates class rather than something like bootcamp which will only aggrivate the problem

I first worked for Unisys computers as a coordinator, then I worked as a secretary for the European Commission then I taught English at the Berlitz language school, before I became self employed teaching English as a foreign language to Japanese people

I studied calligraphy at the Japanese school of calligraphy in Japan, Brussels
I went to Queen Mary High School for Girls in Liverpool
