I have 6 years experience as a policy servicing administrator. I have dealt a lot with the BMW dealerships assisting with the completion of the Top Up Credit life policies for short term insurance. Dealerships I have dealt with rather than BMW are Nissan, Kia Motors and BB Auto to mention a few. My daily job was to capture new business, investigate and resolve queries on New and old business, assist with customer services and some administration work like faxing, scanning and printing of fulfillment to be posted to the client.
