Advise clients on the passport requirements prior to travel.
Provide quotes according to clients specifications and budget
Assist clients with booking forms, to ensure that flights/accommodation/transfers are booked accurately
Ensure that all travel documents are correct prior to presenting the documents to the clients.
Present client with a check list to ensure a smooth transition to their destination.
Orientate clients to their destination by providing information on Customs, weather currency , visas and health requirements.
Correspond with clients upon completion of their travel for feedback to ensure the efficiency of operations or to obtain feedback to improve the quality of operations provided by the overseas operators.
Marketing and advertising of travel specials via mail shots.


Travel Project for IT Firm

I co-ordinated Flights and accommodation for a group of consultant that travelled to an off site project on a weekly basis for 5 consecutive months. My task included , researching hotels/properties that suited the consultants requirements and the Company's budget and applied the same rule for flights. In addition to flights/and accommodation bookings, I arranged foreign currency for the consultants.
