An internal Reservations department is unique in the hospitality industry and provides us with the opportunity to deliver a personal service towards our guests. As Guest Service / Reservations Trainee you will be part of the Bookings Office team where you will mainly focus on phone calls from our guests and external companies. On top of that you will support the Reservations department by making bookings, answering emails and faxes and to check the bookings made in our system. Within this placement position you will get acquainted with all the different departments and their role in the hotel and you will learn how to deliver an excellent service towards our guests at all times.
The opening hours of the Bookings Office are from 08:00 till 20:00. This means that you will be working in different shifts from 08:00 till 16:00, from 10:0 till 18:00 or from 12:00 till 20:00
