My job requires me to work independantly by auditing documents, Shoporder log books to ensure no deviations and errors. Complete necessary documentation for the testing and releasing of products. Ensure that Quality standards are mantained during inspection and make sure these are in line with safety, GMP and MCC ( Medical Control Council) guidlines Require to performe AOQL= Average Outgoing Quality Level on each completed batch. Assist in validation projects when require. Responsible for updating Training Records for all Departments

• Ensure quality standards are maintained during packaging and inspection in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices
• Require to perform random routine line checks ensuring that the final product is of an acceptable quality
• Record and document all deviations from procedure and initiate corrective action
• Responsible for performing documentation checks on In Process Checks packing records prior to submission to Batch Certification
• Ensure all product documentation is correctly completed
• Require to perform an Average Outgoing Quality Level (AOQL) on each completed pallet
• Communicate any problems noted in the AOQL to pharmacist and line supervisor
• Maintain a register of all AOQL's performed and compile weekly and monthly reports indicating the number of inspections, root causes and suggested preventative actions
• Maintain levels of hygiene and cleanliness
• Assist in validation projects when required
• Verbal recognition for saving the company money because I picked up batch mistakes early enough to prevent recalls
• Based on the fact that I am responsible and can take the initiative I was provided the opportunity to work autonomous
• My administrative and organizational abilities were put to good use as I was responsible for creating a visual control board where I was required to summarize the activities of the department
• During production I often recognized mistakes timorously and was rewarded financially for this
