In addition to the skills and experience acquired from different companies, I would like to bring to your attention that last year, for a period of a year, I was afforded the opportunity by the Head of HR and Payroll at Liberty Life to be involved in a Rotation Program in the HR and Payroll Department focusing intensively on all aspects of HR such as Organisational Management, On-Boarding, Payroll and IR (Reporting). From this opportunity I landed my current job as an HR Assistant (Generalist) at ER Corporate. The opportunity I will forever be grateful for. As it is evident in my diverse career path thus far, it can be said that I have a passion for change, challenges, learning and interacting with others, in the capacity both as an HR Administrator and as a leader. The years I have spent working in different companies has deepened my understanding not only in the HR field but also how to care for people. Working as an HR professional has taught me to be resourceful, efficient, compassionate, assertiveness and determined in everything that I do. It is thus that I feel I could translate the skills I have acquired, both in the HR world and outside of it into virtually any problem solving position with the knowledge that I am keen and quick to learn, thorough and determined enough to take on a project or task and complete it with pride and accuracy.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
• Responsible for all HR related activities including employment, compensation, labour relations and training,
• Distribute internal vacancy emails,
• Draft and facilitate external adverts,
