Reason for leaving -Company closure
I was appointed as a full time senior facilitator at a Training and Investment Company and facilitated in the New Venture Creation qualification (NQF 4) to all potential and future Entrepreneurs in South Africa. I assisted in the development of existing and potentially new businesses of young entrepreneurs. I held the position as a team leader in the East Rand training area which included other training sites such as Johannesburg CBD area.
My responsibilities included weekly reporting, Conflict Management and Problem Solving efficiently and effectively amongst students and employees. As a newly developed company my Human Resource Management experience enabled me to assist in the areas of employee development, develop employment contracts, job descriptions, job specifications and contributing to policy writing. I also acted in an advisory capacity of Employee Retrenchments, Labour Relations (dismissals and development of employees). I also participated in interviews that where published in the Star Workplace newspaper.

Wits Plus, Centre for Part Time Studies
Wits Plus is a department of Wits University for mature students studying after hours. I lecture Organisational Behaviour and Managing Change at Wits University on Certificate Course (Certificate in Human Resource Management). I compile and lecture course material. I compile and invigilate tests and exams, mark tests and exams.

I was initially appointed as an assistant tutor for the Business Management 1, 2 and 3. I also lectured in the absence of lectures on most business management subjects. I have lectured on the Entrepreneurial Skills. My duties were to mark to tutor, mark and invigilate students.
I was then appointed as a full time lecturer and my duties included:
I lectured the following subjects on a full-time basis at the University of Johannesburg: Management 1, Organisational Behaviour 3rd year students, Business Management 1, Administration and Management to 2nd year students and Human Resource Management to 3rd year students. I was the subject Co-ordinator and subject expert on Management 1 and for Business Management 3.

I am able to recruit candidates internally and externally within an Organisation whereby I was able to place and recommend students successfully into positions.

Interact with various stakeholders (NGO's, government and private sector) regularly
Market and the represent all courses to potential and relevant stakeholders
Receive and process application forms, ie, ensure all documents needed are received and evaluate student forms with their educational and work qualifications and notify students of the outcome of their application
Create and maintain student records on the Oracle System
Arrange travel (flights) and accommodation and catering for both participants and lecturers
Ensure that students are loaded onto the system and ensure payment for courses are received upfront
Venue booking (electronic and ensuring personally that the venues are booked) ensuring that venues are clean
Research and compile course material.

Liaise with lecturers and offer support to ensure smooth delivery of course and quality services to students
Invigilate and ensure exams run smoothly, ie, ensure that exam venues are booked timeously and exam papers and exam books are at the exam venue
Enter marks onto the student system, distribute results and print certificates and distribute to the students, timeously
Arrange and execute graduations (ie, catering, printing and handing out certificates)
I registered students, which included receiving their proof of payment, distributing their learning material (course packs and textbooks), giving their rules and regulations of the University procedures, giving them their course timetable and class venue and ensuring their access onto campus.
I do quality control on the course, which entails student and lecturer feedback on the courses. Ensure all courses are moderated.
Financial Management: Costing and analysis for courses and research the risk and sustainability of the courses. Reconcile student record with the Central Oracle system
