* Access websites such as Domain.com and Realestate.com to find suitable properties that meet HNSWs standards and benchmarks, and that meet the needs of clients being relocated as part of the Redevelopment and Sales programs
* Access the latest LGA reports for rental benchmarks to assist in the decision making process when assessing available properties
* Arrange inspections of properties with real estate property managers, and lodge an Application to Lease for suitable properties on behalf of HNSW
* Update IHS, adding new head lease properties to the system, arrange for direct debits to commence through Accounts Payable, inform the local office of the new property being added to their portfolio and earmark for specific clients when necessary
* Write Briefing Notes to my Line Manager for each application for a property, giving a description of the property, the rent per week, the LGA it comes under, whether it is in benchmark and who has requested the property, this is then signed off as approved/not approved by my Manager.
* Update the spreadsheet for all 'Requests for a Head lease Property' from local teams, and close all requests when the client is rehoused.
