Projects

Hosted my 50th Birthday combined with my daughters 21st

I was the project planner and co-ordinator. This was held in a hall with 320 guests. I arranged invitations, cakes, menu, food catering, hall, venue decor, sitting arrangement, speakers, music, programme director, food, soft and hard drinks. Transport for those who don't have own transport. Everyone ate, drank, danced and went back home safely.

Hosted Jhb. Diocese Choristers at our Parish

I was the project planner and one of the co-ordinators for this occassion. We hosted about 1100 St Cecilians. Ninety four aspirants were adourned to be full members of our sodality by our honorable Archbishop Buti Thlagale in November 2013.
Second Project was blessing of our rebuilt church in May 2014. Hosted about 900 people.Fifty nine members of our parish were confirmed by our Hon. Archbishop to be full members of the church.
I draw the action plan and ensure that A role players action and support people also do likewise. Follow up and review until the action is done.
By God's grace both functions ran smoothly with the assistant of the task team, parish priest and the church at large.
