• Process improved the original way of recording and storing spare Onboard Customer Service Uniforms by way of implementing a new and user friendly data base record for Depots in Brisbane, Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Townsville. The data base covered different sizes, male/female etc. Labelled bags, indicating relevant details ensured that spare uniforms, in good useable condition, could be supplied on request as an alternative to purchasing new items.
