• Process improved the original way of recording and storing spare Onboard Customer Service Uniforms by way of implementing a new and user friendly data base record for Depots in Brisbane, Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Townsville. The data base covered different sizes, male/female etc. Labelled bags, indicating relevant details ensured that spare uniforms, in good useable condition, could be supplied on request as an alternative to purchasing new items. o Responsible for a range of administrative tasks including data entry, word processing, telephone enquiries, and compiling of regular reports.
o Utilising SAP for ordering and generating report on training, work orders, book labour hours. Managing the Bogie Exchange schedule and Wheel set maintenance, while ensuring accurate records kept as required,
o Entering daily SAP Payroll ESS/MSS entry and filing of CTT Staff Time sheets.
