I believe that customers should be treated with care and respect, now days with competition both online and face to face,one needs to gain an upper advantage. It is how we deal with people that will be the answer. I am old school where customer comes first, is right at all times, and should be given the opportunity to state their cause, issues and concerns. Listening to what the customer is requiring, offer choices, be prepared to be honest with them, follow up on the service we provide. In all my variety of employment I have made many people very happy and retained friendships through my customer service, it is very special to me to know that a person has left the establishment in a happy confident mind set, because they will came back regardless of price.

I have been unemployed since May 2013, I have applied for many positions involving my skills, knowledge and experience, gained interviews but nothing has eventuated yet. I am a mature person with no children, sincere, honest, caring and dedicated. I do live in regional Victoria on the border of Victoria and NSW closest town is Wodonga (90 ks) or Wangaratta (45)
