I am currently a Senior in the payroll department, I look after over 80 clients along with providing support for the outsourcing team and day to day contact with other departments.

Day to Day duties:

- Processing payroll through Star software, including pay reviews, pensions and calculations
- Client quotes and payroll set up, including PAYE schemes
- BACS systems
- HMRC contact
- Year end processing
- Real time information including the submission of FPS and EPS reports
- Day to day client contact as well as queries and questions from through out the company
- Payroll reviews from other team members

I work as a senior in the support side of payroll within Oriel, as well as processing all payrolls on a bi-weekly basis I also look after over 20 agency's, I handle all questions from p46's, tax and CIS. I also run the monthly P32's and CIS deductions.

Day to Day duties:

- Checking inputted hours with time sheets or client back up information
- Holiday pay, SMP and SSP
- Invoicing
- Exporting / Importing through our in house system Orion
- EQ1's and all other forms sent by HMRC
- Working within sage
- Questions and queries from both the team, other departments and all agency's
- Year end processing through both the Sage software and the HMRC online system

I would place staff for catering events such weddings and festivals. This also involved face to face meeting as well as 100's of calls to clients weekly.

I worked my way up within M&B, I stared behind the bar and received promotions until I reached assistant manager. I worked within various pubs and restaurants throughout Cheltenham and Oxford, I was also re-trained within the kitchen reaching 2nd chef level.

- Stock control, including stock takes and ordering

- Acting manager whilst Manager whist away including at other M&B sites
