TIME cover gold helpline/email support
From April 1999
Highest level technical support advisor taking inbound calls from customers with a full range of PC issues. Also created the email support system implemented at TIME.
Account and repair system
I also worked for Softpriced Hardware, whilst here I saw many opportunities to make the company run smoother and created both an accounts system and a repair booking system. This looked more professional, saved time and money and helped handle our larger business accounts.
TIME email support
Whilst working for TIME computers, I found the need to alleviate the incoming calls was quickly becoming a problem. So, using my free time I created the TIME email support system which was implemented within a week after I presented the idea to management. This support system took many calls off the queues bringing down waiting times, cutting down complaints and saving the company a lot of money.
Charity event work
I am currently working for a charity creating events our first is to be showcased in May this year. My role was to get this event started by finding celebrities to take part and/or judge, keep costs to a minimum by ensuring we received the best prices, source websites to advertise and sell tickets via, update our online media on a regular basis, find participants, source relevant people to use and supply equipment and to generate quotes for items. All of this has been done with a minimal cost to the charity.
