 Employee Engagement Initiatives:

a) MYPP – Meet Your People Program (Focus Group Discussions, Employee Unplug session) for each process in consultation with the process heads
b) Ensure 100% coverage of all associates by HR team in a quarter.
c) Drive Engagement Survey: Voice of Wipro, Pulse Survey, Open House/Town Halls to be conducted with process heads once in every quarter.
d) Launched Employee Helpdesk.
e) Support the Employee Communication Champion in ensuring regular communication flow to employees.
f) One on One meeting with employees.

 Grievance handling and providing first hand issue resolution to employees for their queries and concerns.

 Participate in Employee retention activities and identifying possible attrition by driving initiatives like Early Warning System (EWS) and Saving Talent At Risk (STAR) tool in the processes, STAR meet ups, Resignation/Retention meet ups etc.

 Exit Formality: Designed the entire Exit Process, Conduct Exit Interviews and Implement/Execute Exit Formalities and Processing for Final Settlement.

 Employee development and growth Conduct different employee development and growth sessions for employees e.g. How I Grow Here (HIGH)? and many more programs within the organization.

 Ensure HR metrics are met as per the defined SLA e.g. Confirmation closure in 48 hrs of confirmation date,
updation of HR Reports and Analysis, etc
