Sunflag Iron and Steel Co. Ltd (ISO 9001/TS 16949 Company) is a prestigious unit of the SUN FLAG GROUP. It has set up a state-of-art integrated plant at Bhandara, India. SISCO having 350 M3 MBF(800 TPD), 50T capacity DEMAG make UHP EAF with EBT & 2nos. LHF, VD, AOD (75 T), 6 Mts. & 10.25 Mts. three strand 2 nos. CCM & Rolling Mill.
The plant has a capacity to produce 350000 tons per annum of high quality special steel and stainless steel.
Process Route: EAF - AOD -LRF- CCM (For Stainless Steel)
EAF -LRF-VD- CCM (For Alloys & Mild Steel.)
ROLLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Production Shift In charge in steel melting shop taking care of entire production and quality.
➢ To monitoring EAF process of melting, tapping & casting of heat as per planning.
➢ Ensuring the proper heat making in alloy steel making through EAF-LRF-VD-CCM Route and stainless steel making through EAF -AOD Converter-LRF & CCM Route.
➢ Interacting with production planning control department for processing of different schedules released as per customer demand and continuous and timely supply of raw material.
➢ Preparing, regular updating & distribution of Progress Reports (Monthly, Weekly, Daily).
➢ Identifying the areas of obstructions, breakdowns and taking steps to without affecting the production.
➢ Ensuring safety practice as a part of Job Safety Analysis is which takes care of both Human and Equipment.
➢ Co-ordination with different department in SMS.
➢ I involved in all the activities from the start of project, hot commissioning & running in production of stainless steel with India's biggest AOD converter (Cap. -75 MT), which equipped with five side tuyers and all automatic PLC connected Top lance, GMS & conveyor charging system. It was challenging job for me & I got success. It was a great achievement for me.
➢ Successfully achieve the production in given target.
➢ Successfully made a milestone which is zero delay (total 8hrs) in entire shift.
