I am currently employed at Shoprite/Checkers Head Office, as Servicedesk Supervisor in the Information Technology department, on the Service Desk.
Log Incidents using the Service Management system.
Follow up on open Incidents with a view to resolving them.
Manage all Incidents assigned to support groups and 3rd party service providers.
Assist users to follow laid down processes.
Monitor several in-house monitoring and reporting systems.
Ensure that all incidents are "Resolved" within agreed Service Levels.
Provide feedback on "Incidents" and "Problems"
