By looking at state and federal guidelines I have written objectives for all subjects in grades kindergarten to fourth grade and for ESL students. I have trained student teachers, coworkers, volunteers and new hires in the educational field. As a broadcast journalism major I can write, report and research on all subjects. Also I can present complex information in a comprehensible and interesting style. I can write to a specific targeted audience as well.

With an endorsement in English as a second language I can train and teach people from a diversity of cultures and backgrounds. As team leader I am also skilled at managing a group of workers and writng improvement plans with management.
