- The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for :
- Leading the hiring process
- Placing job advertisements (Hiring Manager to draft wording)
- Deal with ad response; screen CV’s
- Get candidates to complete a “Pre-interview Checklist”
- Send relevant CV’s to Hiring Manager, including necessary info (current CTC, expected CTC,
availability, validity of work permit if applicable, etc.)
- Request copies of all relevant qualifications
- Coordinate interviews
- Schedule interview in Hiring Manager’s calendar
- Ensure necessary tests are completed by the applicant
-Meet & greet candidates upon arrival
- Shortlisting candidates
- Schedule 2nd interview, if necessary
- Feedback to candidate (outcome of interview, etc.)
- Update & maintain candidate database
