Responsibilities - Basic text translations (French - English and vice versa), organizing roundtables, seminars, workshops and other office
management duties such as:

• Filing
• Drafting of correspondences
• Taking minutes at meetings
• Arranging for visa applications and other travel arrangements for Directors and visiting fellows/scholars
• Payment of staff social security (SSNIT) and income tax (PAYE)

✓ Perfect coordination of the African Humanities Programme (AHP). A Fellowship funded by the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS), and the International Institute for Advanced Studies (IIAS) providing residential suits for awardee scholars from across Africa, since 2009.

• "The Family in Africa: Sharing Experiences and Brainstorming on emerging issues" by IIAS.
