Also worked as Resident Engineer on the Damar-Duba-Al Hussainia Rural Road (length 280 km). These roads were built adopting rich bituminous specifications. The routes of these roads were also through very high mountains and deep valleys. Exercised full quality control on materials and works executed by contractors; supervising the erection of asphalt plant, crusher, screening plant and pug mil and the production from these plants; carrying out sub-soil investigations, selection of quarries, evolving quality norms, establishing laboratories and conducting all tests as per ASTM / AASHTO standards.
