1. Worked from the Project Stage: this is a very good experience where by learnt a lot on project purchasing and pre-opening.

2. Handling the Purchase function of FFE, OE and Construction/Food supply for a 100 room property.

3. Follow up with Finance department for opening of Letter of Credit (LC) for the purchase orders released to Suppliers

4. Coordinating with the Clearing Agents for documentation, Valuation and Clearing of both Sea Cargo and Air Cargo

5. Liaison with Ministry of Tourism (M.O.T), National Defense, Port Authorities for Duty free exemption and other clearing procedures.

6. Liaison with Maldives National Shipping Line, and other shipping lines for Logistics from supplier end as well as in Male'

7. Submitting the Purchase Tracking Report every week to the Top Management and Share holder and updating on the status of shipments.
