KUDI BOJA Jude holds a SENIOR YOUTH AND ANIMATION COUNSELOR DIPLOMA and have been working for the past 14 years in the area of Reproductive health/Rights and Maternal and Infant Mortality reduction in 07 of the 10 regions of Cameroon. Specialised in Change Communication, participatory community development and Community Mobilisation, I have worked both in National NGO and the UN system. Spent 03 years from 2010 in the 03 Northern regions of Cameroon with UNFPA as Change Communication Expert/Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and early this year conceived the Integrated Communication Plan for the H4+ project as consultant for UNICEF Cameroon. Worked for 10 years with CAMNAFAW where I held several Management positions and led many RH projects and HIV as well as M&E national manager.

I work with adolescents, youths women and men, specialised groups and local actors. My bilingualism permits me to work all over the national territory and my diverse educational and professional background is a wonderful resource in development projects. Knowledge and attestations in Gender, Trainer, Reproductive health, Participatory processes, Reproductive health in humanitarian situations, M&E, project management, community based family planning, working with key populations...

This world of experience in both NGO and UN system sets a good base for working in development projects.

Consultant elaborating an Integrated Communication Plan for the H4+ (World Bank, UNFPA, UNICEF, ONUSIDA, ONUFEMME) project geared towards ameliorating Maternal, Neonatal and Infant health in 05 health districts of the Far North region.
 Do a situational analysis of the communication environment of the 05 health districts of project intervention in the Far North Region;
 Do a communication stakeho;der and audience segmentation of the population with respect to the MNIH situation;
 Formulate communication objectives of the H4+ project and propose adapted strategic communication approaches;
 Propose communication messages, tools, channels and a communication management plan/ A Monitoring and Evaluation plan of the Integrated communication plan;
 Budget the communication actions of the Plan.

 Provide technical support to the Regional Delegations of Health, Youth and Women Empowerment of the North, Adamawa and Extreme North in the implementation of the 5th Cooperation program between the Cameroon Government and UNFPA (communication and community mobilisation approach component RH/HIV/AIDS);
 Participate in the planning, implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation of interventions within the UNFPA Assistance program with particular emphasis on communication aspects (local media, VSBC, PE, documentaries, dissemination ...;
 Identify difficulties encountered, capture lessons learned
  Enhance the strengthening of a dynamic partnership with the different Ministerial structures, Media, NGOs and Associations ;
 Support technical supervision , monitoring interventions, collect and exploit data/information from interventions in view of production of periodic reports, quarterly and midterm reviews as well as evaluations and reports;
 Provide technical support in the elaboration of training program and periodic action plans for community actors .
 Collaborate with the UNFPA sub office chief and the Program Officer for HIV and Adolescent/Youth RH for a better implementation and coordination of communication interventions;
 Collaborate with the Communication Officer in putting in place a communication strategy and the conception, evaluation of communication tools;
 Enhance the strengthening of a dynamic partnership with the different actors;


Cameroon National Association for Family Welfare (IPPF MA)

 Prepare and coordinate regular coordination meetings with staff, volunteers and partners;
 Ensure the technical, communication and financial aspects of the program;
 Logistic monitoring,
 Coordinate HIV/AIDS actions between CAMNAFAW health units, concerned health districts and the head office;
 Initiate partnerships, participate in strategic reflections, do resource mobilization and ensure commodities and trainings in specific program area.
 Work with CAMNAFAW health facilities and regional coordinators to provide day-to-day support and ownership of the PMTCT program;
 Ensure transfer of competence in the domain of SRA and HIV/AIDS including PMTCT;
 Ensure GIPA, support to OVCs, CRA and integration of RH/HIV/AIDS (PMTCT);
 Coordinate conception, production and dissemination of IEC/CCC materials;
 Assisting in the elaboration of training modules for SRA, Primary prevention in HIV/AIDS for PE, SPE, VSBC ...
 Conceive and ensure the strict implementation of the HIV/AIDS workplace policy within the CAMNAFAW;
 Ensure HIV/AIDS knowledge sharing sessions amongst staff and volunteers (youth and adult);
 Supervise the community mobilization work of peer educators and other community actors(VSBC, SPE);
 Represent the NGO at strategic reflections on HIV/AIDS with the state institutions and other partners;
 Coordinate HIV/AIDS Projects such as:

 Conceive and propose data collection tools and evaluation instruments for training workshops;
 Ensure conception and evaluation of Strategic plan and annual work plans for all programs thus HIV/AIDS, ABORTION, FP and ACCESS;
 Undertake dissemination, experience sharing and participatory and supportive supervisions;
 Evaluate pertinence of communication strategies of projects (HIV/AIDS, ABORTION, FP, ASRH and ADVOCACY).
 Financial and logistic monitoring and program evaluation.
