Development and implementation of Health & Safety Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Plan, prepare, and conduct weekly and monthly Health & Safety Meetings
Train and mentor Supervisors other Safety professionals throughout the company
Monitor 3rd Party/Sub Contractors to ensure standards and compliance
Advise management on Legislative Compliance and Employment Standards
Coordinate investigation for all incidents and offer corrective actions and/or recommendations
Coach/mentor/motivate/influence staff, and contractors in the fulfilment of responsibilities and the management of project safety
Manage Return-to-Work and WCB Claims for injured or ill employees
Setting up Drug and Alcohol testing

Working with 100 employees plus sub contractors. Ensuring all health and safety rules and regulations are followed. Orientating new hires, following up with incidents, reporting to the Project Manager.
