Maintain, update and complete documentation within given time frames. Canvass for learners and attend career conventions. Supervise trainee Assessors/tutors and give guidance.
Eyelash extensions trainer and representative

Eyelash extensions trainer and representative- gaining accounts approx. 5 new accounts a month, training and after sales care for Ose! eyelash extensions opening accounts in Wales, as far East as Essex and as far North as South Sheilds. Organised and planned events, the professional shows in London and Birmingham, advertising and day to day organisation including setting up financial plans and payments. The UK distribution company ceased to trade.

Principal duties included delivery of training courses, student kit sales, after-sales and advise, generating re-bookings for courses, attending management meetings, identifying student needs and proposing suitable advertising campaigns, promotions and events. I took a key role in marketing these and gaining prospects for courses. Assessing students and tutors, managing time-tables and general management of the team. Stock-taking. General day to day running of the institute.

The Carlton Institute is a forerunner in beauty training and has grown from a single site to eleven in two years. For all the sites I boasted the highest in sales, after-sales and re-bookings for the Carlton Institute for the period that I was there and have the highest recommendations from feedback via students.
3-D lashes'- gaining accounts, maintaining them training them from 2006-2010. The company then took all work into one training school.
Own Business and teaching
Opened salon in 1985. Principal duties included client treatments, sales and re-bookings, generating customers, training staff, marketing, general managing of the business and staff. Ihave won awards for high sales within skin-care companies and for promotional events.
KL School- My main duties are writing the courses for accreditation, delivering courses, assessing, marking, marketing the courses, after sales advice and re-bookings. The courses cover the relevant knowledge, marketing, sales and business advise.
