My main area of expertise was the construction and maintenance of a web driven HR service for HR departments in larger corporations in Denmark. During my studies for my masters degree, I was co chairman for the Danish HRM society. I got a lot of experience and challenges setting up large HR seminars, workplace seminars, education for HRM alumni. As a chairman for both the IT, Social and economics committees at one time, I was involved in the societies general management.
I was the head coordinator for the annual introductory week for new graduate students, enrolled at CBS (Copenhagen Business School). I was also an advisor and in charge of web development for the Master degrees own portal, as well as the societies.
