 Commissioning and Maintaining of FLOBOSS 103 and 503.
 Responsible for all activities related to the operation at functional area for the compressor under the project.
 Organize and perform the job on shift according to program given by client programs.

 Maintaining LP Gas Compression facility consists of mainly LP SKID and 3 no. CAT 3612 engine driven 2 stage Dresser-Rand make 2 (15”) & 2 (8”) X 7” HOS 4-2HOS compressor with Heat Exchanger for gas compression. Compression is required to combine gas flowing from several well into a gathering line headed for transmission to supply to GAIL. The Compressor units are to be operated continuously around to compress gas from 5 kg/cm2 to 45 kg/cm2 at the rate of 8LSCMD (each one 4LSCMD).
 Keeping the plant in optimum running condition with general & necessary checks carried out at the plant.
 Supervising package startup, shutdown, change over & flow adjustment as per owner requirements along with the DPR, Conditioning monitoring reports, necessary check list.
 The established standard work procedure as per OEM guideline for smooth running of operations.
 Minimize the adverse impact on the environment during disposal of unwanted material.
 Prepare and implement a preventive maintenance schedule, predictive maintenance and calibration schedule as per O & M Standards.

 Maintaining Relay based pressurized Local Control Panel for gas compressor package, Dresser-Rand Single stage double acting 4 cylinder gas compressor 5D VIP 4 with WAUKESHA Gas Engine L7044 GSI with water cooler Heat Exchanger & also maintaining a Chicago Pneumatics Ltd Air Compressor along with an Air Drying Unit.
 Close monitoring of process gas which is coming from various sources for compression & related utilities (Dresser-Rand Compressor coupled with Waukesha Engine, Siemens S7 PLC, Air Compressor & Air Drying Unit)
 Responsible for supervision of activities having the knowledge of PLC based controls, DCS & HMI application & maintaining the calibration schedule.
 Maintaining LP Gas Compression facility consists of mainly LP SKID and 6 no. P 9390 GSI WAUKESHA engine driven 3 stage 4 nos BPCL make the 6HM/3 compressor and 3 stage 2nos KPCL make RAM-54 with Heat Exchanger for gas compression. Compression is required to combine gas flowing from several well into a gathering line headed for transmission to supply to GAIL. The Compressor units are to be operated continuously around to compress gas from 2.5 kg/cm2 to 45 kg/cm2 at the rate of 12 LSCMD (each one 2LSCMD).
 Worked on up to 8000 Hrs Preventive maintenance of WAUKESHA Gas Engine & DRESSER-RAND, KPCL & BPCL Gas Compressor.
 Handling and trouble shooting of all field instruments like pressure gauges temperature gauges, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters, temperature transmitters, RTDs, thermocouples pressure switches, vibration switches , relays, fire alarm system & control valve (Mill Controls Pri. Ltd.)
 Having the knowledge in operating the calibrator such as SCANDURA B 20/DT & Portable Temperature Calibrator TCS 4060.
 Perform necessary servicing of various valves like SOV, control valves, PRV, SRV, gate valve.
 Having sound knowledge in P&ID Diagram, Loop Checking.
