¤ Collaborated the Diesel Line with Petrol Line and line balancing the merged line was a daunting task so as to integrate the activities of both the models.
¤ Decentralized Vehicle Assembly Stores, classified items based on A, B, C Analysis suggested W.I.P and supply norms.
¤ Studied cost analysis for all the in-house, sub-contract and bought-out materials in order to make a Make or Buy decision based on A-B-C analysis. Based on my report, many items have been outsourced in a phased manner.
¤ Improvement in productivity from 2.15 men/vehicle to 1.44 men/vehicle.
