I have been a Supervisor or a Team Leader for 11 years.
I have managed up to 30 Employees. I have Built Successful Teams throughout these years. The Ability to Positively Accept Change has helped in the Continuous Learning Process that has help guide my Career. The ability to Multitasking in order of priority is a strength i have attained.
I scheduled employees based on Budgets. I have written Best Practices and Job Descriptions to go with Company Policies and Procedures.
I have performed Performance Reviews. I have Interview and Hired Employees.
I have taking courses in Progressive Discipline, Customer Service, Time Management, Effective Team Building, Conducting Performance Appraisals and Train the Trainer Forklift Instructor.
I have followed all Safety Policies and ensured that all Employees followed them as well. I have conducted Monthly Safety Meetings.
