As a Receiptionist I will attend the Incoming call & Outgoing calls as per that transferring the calls to the concerned staff and making outgoing calls as per staff requirement

Welcoming visitors guest and direct them appropriately.
• Attending all incoming calls and forwarding to the concerned staff.
• Connecting calls to the staff as per requirement.
• Receiving of guest and informing the concerned staff regarding the visitor.
• Receipt of Cheque from the accounts section and distribution them to the concerned vendors.
• Attending to dispatch work.
• Booking of Domestic flight/Train/Bus tickets to our filled staff/staff at branches/Factories/ HO.
• Circulation of Complaints & Feed Back register on every Thursday.
• Arranging Snacks, Tea & Lunch for regular meeting & Visitors.
• Stationery & House keeping Material.
• Bimonthly Admin/HR meeting arrangement.
• Suggestions/feedback/Requests Register to maintain.
• Staff movement & Visitor's Movement.
• Entering the Login files
• Basically verifying the documents of customer applied for personal loan and Two wheeler Loans.
• Customer verification on phone, by cross checking with details given by customer.
• Office verification and reference verification on phone
• After customer receive the loan reminding about his EMI.
• Making sure customer pays EMI in time every month.
CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
• Making call to the customer, explaining about the credit card and its benefits
• Convincing the Customer for Applying Credit Card
• Getting documents from the Customer through documents collecting executive.
• Login in the file, closing it once the customer gets the credit card
