I've worked for banks, a pastoral company and a trade union in very demanding customer/member service roles where telephone phone calls and email queries were constant. Roles included but were not limited to tasks such as: face to face and telephone interaction; providing information; writing procedures; writing product information; processing applications and other data; financial transactions; responses by email and letter; scanning; filing; data analysis.

An extremely busy job that required multi-tasking and constant re-prioritising of daily & weekly tasks.
