Project Description:
DACU is a Active Safety Node in Truck and responsible for providing information (like Lane change support, Collision mitigation, ACC, Driver alert support) to the driver.DACU functionalities are developed based upon ISO26262 standard.

DACU works as gateway ECU also to program the different sensor. This project includes AUTOSAR application SWC development and integration using Vector tools(CANdela, Geny, EAD, Davinci developer). DACU is connected with different ECUs and sensors as below.


Contribution:
➢ Integration of MICROSAR (Vector AUTOSAR BSW) into DACU.
➢ Integration of DACU AUTOSAR application SWC's (CM, ACC, DAS, LCS..).
➢ Flash boot Loader integration.
➢ Implementation of I/O Control for sensors and actuators.
➢ Unit testing, QAC testing, Smoke testing, V1 testing and I4 testing with sensors.
➢ Constructive knowledge sharing among the team members

Project Description
CMBCTL and SCR is a export AUTOSAR modules from PSA, we imported and integrated into
BOSCH software.Actually these two components are needed for EU6 engine of PSA.
Here I have done Adapter development and compostion changes as per AUTOSAR 3.1 standard.
CmbCtl was developed by Delphi, this component defines lot of Comb modes for Injsys.
SCR needed for EU6 to reduce the Nox by 99% and useful for fuel efficiency.

Contribution
✓ Analysis of the Cmbctl and SCR Interfaces together with PSA.
✓ Involved in Allocation, Scheduling and Tracking of Tasks in the Development and Testing P

Project Description
we are working for engine management ECU(CMM) for PSA and CMM act as a master for the LIN network.Here I have implemented slave frames which are coming from DMTC and ISTARS nodes and also implemented master frames and event based frames.Scheduling table is the key property of LIN protocol, here Sched table was configured and FH done based upon PSA scheduling requirement.These LIN frames are required for implementation of Start stop system(STT).The Start Stop system is based on a simple principle of not burning the fuel when it is not required. The system automatically detects occasions during your drive when the vehicle is idle & stops the engine thus conserving fuel.
Please find the advantages of STT as below.
• Less Fuel Consumption
• Since the engine is switched off during traffic signals/jams, considerable amount of CO2 release to the atmosphere is avoided and eventually reduces global warming.

Project Description: CAN is high-speed asynchronous communication protocol for data transmission. TC1797 has an internal CAN controller and provides facility to configure each message object (including filtering). PSA has separate ECU for AMT (Automatic manual transmission) gearbox. AMT gearbox sends information like present gear, clutch information, engine speed demand etc. Engine ECU receives this information for servicing the demand from gearbox. CAN protocol comprise of specifications at the physical and the data link layer. The data link layer takes care of error detection e.g. Bit errors, CRC errors, etc. It also performs message filtering. This layer is implemented in hardware referred to as CAN controller.

ROLE:
• Exposure to CAN frames configuration and implementation of CAN parameters.
• Fauld handling or plausibility check for all the received frame parameters.
• Validations for CAN related functions.
