Workload Distribution: Assigning documents for translation to the team and ensuring their timely delivery as per the agreed SLA. Monitoring the ticket queue to avoid SLA breach; Attending to adhoc translation requests from the onshore as well as offshore teams
Reviewing the translated documents and tickets of team members and giving them appropriate feedback with respect to quality and scope for improvement

Introduced the feedback template which is sent to document requestors to get their feedback regarding translation quality of the document
Introduced the translation quality index (TQI) which is used to measure the quality of translators within the team
Introduced the weekly dashboard which is published on a weekly basis and includes productivity figures of all team members
Introduced Systran - a translation tool - to translate DE-EN texts of tickets

To data clean and approve all non structured MTNs and Eurobonds within the SLA of 5 Business Days from the date of issuance. Data clean up is the interpretation of Pricing Supplement which is an agreement between the Issuer and Note holder, which provides details regarding various types of Instruments (like MTNs, Certificates of Deposit, Bonds, etc.) detailing the terms and conditions for the same for the Frankfurt entity.
Responsible for the checking and approval of around 40 Eurobond issues on a daily basis.
Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information within the bank's systems in the day to day processing
To ensure all documents are sent to the Clearing Systems on a daily basis.
Ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and resolved in accordance with bank policies and guidelines.

Worked on Account opening, Data maintenance and SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions), Setup/maintenance for Nostro, Loro, Bond Borrowing, Bond lending and Repo Depots for Global Markets, Frankfurt entity.
Facilitated the training of other members in the process and also prepared the DTPs.
Successfully de-migrated the process from HCL CMS to TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and facilitated the Go-Live and successful knowledge transfer of the process for TCS on time.
