Summary:

I worked in the customer services department of an insurance company my role included taking calls from customers dealing with both complaints and queries and sending out any correspondence required. To do this I worked in a sympathetic and understanding manor, I needed to be able to respond quickly to assist with complaints and direct them in the correct way. I dealt with each customer as an individual and spoke to them in a professional, polite and pleasant way. I assisted them as much as I could and if any case occurred which I was unable to deal with personally I would seek help from the correct person.
