Hired by BCA Engineering to maintain 747-8F First Flight schedule. Performed system level tests on Mechanical/Hydraulic systems in the IASL and eCab laboratory. Manage requirements documentation and system level interface for design documentation. Development and Execution of verification test procedures for embedded YSM and LCE Primary Flight Controls Avionics. Execution of test procedures in the Boeing non-linear simulation (PSIM). Familiar with Device Management System (DMS) software and Integrated Aircraft Configuration (IAC) core simulations. Created LPPR, TPPR, and follow thru to resolution. Interface with requirements group to update 747-8F SCD as required.

Followed BDS Test & Evaluation processes perform system requirements analysis, develop verification tests and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Create manual test cases and assisted with scenario development, write detailed problem reports & document test results in defect tracking dB. Demonstrate problems to Software Developers using C++ debugger and various AEW&C program assets such as Simulated Desktop Development environment, SIL, SDL, and Mission Support System laboratory.
Lead test developer group with reporting duties for daily metrics, investigate crashes by analyzing data dumps. Participate in design reviews, problem reporting and resolution. Work with various ITT disciplines to effect partitioning and implementation of system requirements. Plan weekly integration tasks, provide guidance and oversight to other team members to integrate Software requirements in daily builds. Researches technology for automated testing using HP's Test Director. Lead analysis to optimize software architecture and regression testing time. Routinely hosted daily lab status/stand up meetings and occasionally filled in for manager at weekly staff meeting. Worked with customers to author test plan, test reports, develop and document software test requirements for entire program test cycle. This includes lab setup, test planning, test design, test execution and test support.

Over 2 years became SME for writing Test Reports and finding problems. Briefly, on the panel to develop various test tools. Set the standard for writing detailed problem reports, set the standard for writing total number of problem reports. Attend pre-flight and post flight briefings to coordinate test data packages.

Assigned to Communication Group on the NATO Midterm project to work on Link-16 communications. Used Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object Oriented Design (OOD) principles to integrate Open Systems Architecture (OSA) architecture with CORBA communication framework using ADA96. Used UML component modeling in Rational Rose design environment on Sun OS.

Sustain system level detailed test automation frameworks to perform regression and stress tests on incremental YSM & LCE software builds.
